Petr Kužel
CV
Petr Kužel's research focuses on the history of modern Czech and French philosophy and political thought. He is the author of The Philosophy of Louis Althusser (2014). He has also prepared for publication a collective monograph The Thought and Work of Egon Bondy (2018). Together with the orientalist Jiří Holba he edited Bondy's books: Indian Philosophy, Notes on the History of Philosophy I (2021) and The Buddha (2022). Among the books by other authors we can mention the edition of György Lukács' book Lenin A Study on the Unity of His Thought; and/or (together with the historian Stanislav Holubec) the edition of the French historian Pierre Broué's The Bolsheviks. A History of the Victory and Defeat of the Russian Revolution (2023). More detailed biography here.
